Our Attorneys

Steven J. Glaser was admitted to the Indiana state bar in 1990. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit Court, U.S. District Court - Northern and Southern Districts in 1990. Steven received his legal education from Indiana University - Bloomington. Prior to law school, Steven graduated from Ball State with a Bachelor of Science degree. Steven's memberships include: Allen County Trial Lawyers Association, Indiana State Trial Lawyers Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Robert H. Ebbs was admitted to the Indiana state bar in 1990. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court - Northern and Sourthern Districts. Robert's preparatory and legal education came from Indiana University - Bloomington (B.S., M.P.A, and J.D.). Robert is a member of the Indianapolis Trial Lawyers Association, Marion County Lawyers Association, Indiana State Lawyers Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar, American Trial Lawyers Association, and National Bar.

John C. Bohdan was admitted to the Indiana state bar in 1989. He was also admitted to
practice before U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, U.S. District Court Northern and
Southern Districts of Indiana. John's preparatory and legal education came from Indiana University - Bloomington (B.A., 1986; J.D., 1989). John is a member of the Indiana State Bar and Allen County Bar Associations.

Kara Krothe was admitted to the Indiana state bar in 2000. She was also admitted to
practice before U.S. District Court Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Kara's preparatory education came from Smith College, North Hampton, Massachusetts ( B.A., 1992). Her legal education was at Indiana University - Bloomington (J.D., 2000). Kara is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.

Michael A. Busching was admitted to the Michigan Bar and Indiana Bar in 1998. He was also admitted to practice in the in the US District Court-Southern District. Mr. Busching's preparatory education came from Western Michigan University (B.A. 1992) and his legal education came from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School (JD 1997). Michael is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.

Theresa Dapper was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2005. At that time, she was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Northern and Southern District Courts. Theresa obtained her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and her law degree from Indiana University. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. In 2006, Theresa was awarded the distinction of Advocate by the American Association for Justice.
